I have a problem with the payment.
I have an open invoice for November – I updated my credit card credentials because we received a new credit card.
Unfortunately the payment is not accepted even though I receive an payment success message on the screen.
Could you please help me with tis issue?

Are you still having troubles with the open invoice? If so, please give us a call at 1-800-609-6480 between 9-4 Mountain Time and select the Billing option in the phone tree. They’ll get you sorted out with any issues regarding payments.
