I am not receiving my emails to try and reset my password. I have seen the articles for whitelisting ips and I am not comfortable doing that. Is there another method?
Hello! If you are uneasy about whitelisting emails coming from SurveyGizmo, an alternate solution may be to reach out to our Support team and request assistance resetting your password.
We are only able to send password reset emails to the email address associated with your account, but we can send this email manually to avoid the message being filtered out or sent to a spam folder, as is prone with an automated message.
