Does anyone have a way to pass an individual response as a new record to SQL Server using something other than Zapier?

Zapier only checks for new records every five minutes.  I have about 80 items on my survey and I don’t want to pass them in a query string.  I’m looking into Azure Logic Apps but I’m wondering if anyone has built a web service or has a less technical solution for simply getting data into SQL Server.  I want to show the user a customized report on my website that I don’t believe I can build within SurveyGizmo but I can’t have the user waiting for up to five minutes to get it.  I don’t want to email it to them because I want them to be able to take the survey without inputting their email.  Any ideas or suggestions?

Have you looked into SurveyGizmo’s Webhook feature:

Additionally, SurveyGizmo’s API might be worth exploring:

    Hope this helps!
