This is a question about my account im hoping someone can help with.
I have a paid for plan $300 a year paid in June for the year ahead but cant access any of the paid features including contacting SG as you have to pay to be able to email them. My account status is showing as FREE. This kinda sucks as not allowing anyone to speak to them to deal with an account mess is ridiculous. Anyone have any advice or means of contacting them
I opened a ticket with you and will loop in our billing team to get this issue addressed!
