I’m having trouble every so often with the error you can see in the picture here. I have tested this and found it once myself but every other test it did not appear. A few respondents have also found it but majority haven’t. Each time it is found it is at the thank you page or the page before the thank you page of my survey.
Did anyone else experience this error? Is there a particular reason as to why this happens?
Hmm, I can’t say that I have run into this.
Are you seeing this on just a specific survey or several surveys in your account? Are respondents only encountering problems on specific browsers or networks?
If there is an issue with the survey, you would expect to be able to replicate the problem consistently – it sounds like there may be an environmental issue (specific browser or network setting perhaps)?
I hope this gives you some ideas with regard to how to further test.
