I created simple Satisfaction question with responses Strongly Disagree, Disagree, etc. Although I have checked “Original Order it Appeared in the Survey” on both the global option and question editing on the report. The bar charts are still ordering by the option most frequently checked.
Open your report for editing. Open the OPTIONS > ANSWER OPTIONS tab, and find the ORDER ANSWERS BY options. Select “Original order it appeared in the survey”.
I have tried duplicating your problem with both horizontal and vertical bars, but can’t find a way to make it happen. For me the bars appear in their original order as specified.
Have you tried exiting your browser completely and then returning to your report? The may be a faulty cache issue.
