Options in a pre-test and post-test survey

0

I am looking to set up a pre-test/post test type survey. As such all the respondents details will be anonymous, and yet I would wish to split half of the participants into a test group (1) and a control group (2). The randomising of the participants could be done manually, given the anonymity of the participants.

I would then want the test group to complete a certain exercise. This could be done by following instructions sent via email or instructions provided upon completion of the survey. (Maybe alternate participants would be intervention or control group)? If it were via email instructions, are you able to advise if this is possible and how I could make this work?

I do hope that I have managed to make this clear.

Kind Regards,

SurveyGizmo is a very flexible tool so I’m sure that you what are looking to do is possible. It’s a bit hard to advise on how without knowing the exact structure of your survey and how you plan on tying the pre test with the post test results. Having said that, SurveyGizmo does have help content on pre/post surveys, anonymous surveys, etc. that will be a good starting point:

    Pre/Post Surveys:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/pre-post-test-survey

    Anonymous Surveys:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/anonymous-surveys

Feel free to add more information (this will help other users in the Community forum give advice).

    I hope this helps!
