Dear surveygizmo Team,
i have been using surveygizmo since 2 weeks for a small project. First i have started with a trial account than upgraded to a monthly basic account (on 22nd of October). I paid the invoice of the first one. However, it shows an open invoice from 21st of October (Invoice Number xxxxxx) and i don’t know why. What should i do about it?
I’ve gone ahead and cancelled that second invoice. You should be all set.
