Online reporting tool not working -showing zero completes


When using the reporting feature and filtering by COMPLETES and Date range of past week the report is showing ZERO results. We should see ~16,000 completes.

Each time we attempt to refresh the system says Congrats you have new responses! Churns for a few minutes then reports ZERO.

    The report filters when used to filter question responses don’t work for me.

      Thank Jim – we’ve refreshed many times and hoped for resolution but no luck. SG seems hard to reach for support these days. Will ping them and see what we get.

        Try refreshing your screen while you have the report open.  I know that the reports are supposed to update automatically but sometimes my browser shows a cached version of the report.  CTRL-R fixes the problem.

        If that doesn’t solve the problem and you are sure that your filters are set up correctly, contact SurveyGizmo Support and ask them to look at the problem –
