    It sounds like you need to use logic:

    Specifically, since it sounds like the follow up question will be a grid, you will likely need to focus in this section:

    I recommend creating a radio button grid on the page that follows your initial question. The grid will have a row corresponding to each of the possible answers in your question. Then each row of the grid can be triggered based on the answer chosen in the initial question.
