When someone takes one of our surveys online the ‘new survey has been received’ email notifications i set up include the answers.
But our guests use the offline survey (most of them as we don’t have WiFi in our safari lodges) when the surveys are uploaded the notifications are sent to us in head office, but blank. the merge codes don’t work.
Can you help me with this. Ive been working on this for many weeks and i simply cannot get it to work
If you are doing bulk uploads anyway, could you maybe get what you need from a csv data export?
Results -> Exports
New Export -> CSV/Excel (choose desired options)
Filter use relative days in “Only show responses collected between” (for example, start date of -1 days)
Share (either record the sharing link, or have scheduled delivery or both)
I think the issue here is that Email Notifications are not a compatible feature with Offline surveys. The two features were not designed to work in tandem.
