Is anyone else using the EU server having problems uploading off-line responses?
Whilst our offline responses are unloading, they are not being cleared from the devices and are being uploaded as duplicates when the next set of responses are being collected.
Apparently SurveyGizmo are aware of this bug but have said they are waiting for other users to report before fixing the issue. This is causing great inconvenience and taking up a considerable amount of our time removing duplicate responses. It only started happening a week ago.
One of our Community Moderators alerted us about this post and I wanted to follow-up with you.
I see that you have been in touch with our Support Team to follow-up on this issue, and certainly posting to the SurveyGizmo Customer Community to see if others are experiencing the problem is something that we encourage.
Our Development Team re-evaluates priorities constantly and this is certainly an issue that we hope to prioritize soon.
I do apologize for the continued trouble and resulting frustration. We will continue to provide updates via your support ticket and I am happy to post updates here as well.
