We have a dramatically problem with share emails.
All my internal tests are intercepted and them are not delivered to my collegues. It’s not happen when I send mails to other servers, like Yahoo mail, Gmail, etc…
Maybe Surveygizmo have troubles with Office 365 and him SPF or antispam?
How can I resolve them?
Obviously I follow your best practices; test mails with a personalized text are intercepted, but your machine prompt both. Same thing for invite mails for survey (not test).
Please, could you help us? On line there isn’t similar question…

It sounds like you are sending these emails internally to colleagues and often internal email clients have stricter security settings that are managed by your IT Team (these are typically stricter than clients such as Google or Yahoo). In this situation, the best first step is to request that your internal IT Team ‘whitelists’ SurveyGizmo IP addresses. This should address this internal deliveryability problem.
