Is there a way to be notified immediately if one or more of the client’s email address bounces so that it can be corrected immediately?
I would like to know if there are any that bounced without having to log into SG. If I don’t receive any email, then I know that the survey was launched and that all the emails should have gone through.
Relatively new to SG so still learning the features. Had this feature in the system that I had before so just seeing if SG has this ability. Couldn’t find it using the help section so figured I would send an email.

Have you customized the ‘Reply to’ field on the Campaign Designer? You can do so by editing your email message – perhaps this will hit your mailbox with any auto-replies related to bounces?
