We’ve had two individuals who have clicked on a link to start a survey, and accidentally clicked away from the page. When they try to go back in, the system tells them they have already completed the survey. Clearing history/cache doesn’t resolve this issue.
How can we update the link/system so these two individuals can participate? Thanks!
It sounds like you have dome form of duplicate protection enabled on your survey – either cookie based or IP based protection.
You can check this under the Advanced > Response Settings page when editing your survey.
