I’ve read your summary about what to expect when downgrading … BUT need reassurance when I Upgrade back to my current plan that my existing surveys will remain; be active once again. Thoughts?
Re: survey creation – I’ve a complex paper survey I’m in need of assistance with creating in SG. Do you have staff – or consultants – who can assist with this or not? IF yes, please advise how to proceed.
Hey Jery – I’ve downgraded and upgraded again and I was able to retain all my features for my surveys.
SurveyGizmo has email and chat support (depending on what plan level you are on). I don’t believe they do private consultations but they do have a list of recommendations. Here is their friends of SG list:
