My contacts are not seeing the latest amendments done to the survey questionnaire but they see only the older version. How can I correct this?


I have sent a campaign for a 360 degree survey. As most did not understand the questionnaire fully we did some translations as per the system. But the recipients are not seeing the new version. Instead, they see the older version without the language bar although some of the recipients can see and work with the new version.

    When a respondent starts a survey, the platform “remembers” which version of the survey they started. So I think what is happening is that these people started the survey and they are linked to that older version.

    I think there are two solutions you can try.

    1. Delete the old partially completed responses, so that the next time the person comes to the survey they will start new with the new version.
    2. If you don’t want to delete the older version, you could create a new link to the survey and send that out to everyone. That should force the platform to use the new version for the new response.

    Let me know if either of these don’t work.
