Background: I am implementing a survey of institutions within my department. There are 84 facilities that will complete this survey. The survey will require multiple individuals at a single institution to complete one survey for that institution. This is because the survey requires input from multiple specialties.
Does SurveyGizmo software allow for this? Would it be possible for each institution to receive a unique survey link that multiple people could edit and submit when completed, so in the end I have 84 completed surveys ? Alternatively, is there a work around to this if it is not possible to do what I described above?
You can definitely create separate share links and send each link to a different department. This enables you to segment and track each of your 84 facilities.

You could also consider using an email campaign to distribute the links to your respondents. An email campaign creates unique links for each location. In addition the links can be used to resume partially completed surveys. See the documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/share-survey-via-email#advanced-settings. This would allow one person to complete their portion of the survey and pass it to the next respondent.
I recommend that you conduct a small scale test first before going full-scale. I would be concerned about multiple respondents trying to access and complete a survey at the same time.
