Dear community

For my survey I need a solution for the following problem.

I have a question which is divided in sub questions. I want them to be displayed as one, but still with sub questions. Like so:

  1. What is your opinion on New Way of Working?

a) Skype for business

– Looking forward

– Lots of questions

– Positive

– Negative

– Other

b) Activity based working / flex desks

– Looking forward

– Lots of questions

– Positive

– Negative

– Other

c) Teleworking

– Looking forward

– Lots of questions

– Positive

– Negative

– Other

    2. …

I guess it depends on how you want to look at the responses.

If you would like to view the response data broken down by the sub-questions, you could use a CUSTOM GROUP question (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/custom-group) to build a group of separate questions that are tied together.

If the response data can be presented a a whole, you could use the GROUP NAME function within a single question (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/group-headers).

Since all of your sub-questions seem to be using the same answer options, you could also consider using a RADIO BUTTON GRID (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/radio-buttons-grid).
