What the heck? Is the system down or what? Now that it is thanksgiving, is anyone doing anything about it?
Edit: I am working on the EU server surveygizmo.eu.
Thanks for posting to the SurveyGizmo User Forum. None of your fellow users will be able to help you with your question, so I have flagged it for the attention of SurveyGizmo Support. I know that they are off for the holiday, but unfortunately it is the best that I can do.
I checked the status of the SurveyGizmo application (http://surveygizmo.statuspage.io/). There were no system problems reported, so hopefully you just encountered a temporary glitch.
Got the same issue here. Is there a support service for the EU?
