Hello! For a study, I made a survey and send it to 3,500 contacts. It was working pretty well until a contact reported a particular message error. I need more information of it to register and answer it properly. The message popped up out of nothing and returned the respondant to the begging of the survey.
I looked up in the documentation and in the forum for this specific message, but didn’t find anything useful. I’d really appreciate more information about this issue.
Error Message: “We’ve sensed an error in your response caused by one of our servers.
We’ve returned you to the start of your response. Please use the next button to make sure all of you responses are correct and present.
We are very sorry for this inconvenienve.”
