I use SurveyGizmo to create registration forms for trainings that I provide.
I am wondering if there is a way to mass email (maybe through a bulk action) all respondents, so that I can quickly get out information (time/location changes, reminders, extra materials/support).
I would pull their email from the registration form itself (maybe do this using the merge code functionality?). I already have the registration form set to fire a confirmation email to them using merge code functionality, but that is so they have a confirmation of which sessions they chose.
Any help is very appreciated 🙂
Hey Katie –
I have seen folks achieve this kind of ‘post-survey informational message’ in a couple different ways.
- Use an email action to automatically fire this information to the respondent as soon as they complete the survey (sounds like you’ve got a good grasp on this process already)
- Run an Excel Export of all the data collected, pull all email addresses out of it, and then create an email campaign (where this follow up information is included)
I will say that using an email action is probably the easiest and most streamlined way of achieving this (in my opinion).
I hope that helps!
