Love the product, hate the terrible experiences trying to get help with the CHAT feature that WON’T APPEAR.

For months, I can never access the chat feature.  I have called in and people told me this is a common problem and that it can be fixed.  But it never gets fixed.  I have tied getting to the CHAT feature using Chrome and Internet explorer on my desktop, laptop, and phone.  The chat feature NEVER appears on any of these devices!!!!!

I was told to always use this link — https://community.surveygizmo.com/?e=0&from   But it never works!!!!

Great, great product.  Just terrible, terrible help options.  What can I do to get this fixed once or for all?  Or what can Surveygizmo do to get this fixed for anyone and everyone once and for all.

Can someone call me to resolve this (number removed by Admin) or give clear non-techy step by step instructions how to fix this?

      I only tried the chat system once and had no luck. The email support has worked well for me:
