Our administrator can’t access his account. We have closed our survey for respondents and downloaded all the data we need, so all we need now is an invoice and to close the account.
Can you give me administrator rights or simply close the account and send me the invoice?

In general, we are not able to grant administrator rights to a user without explicit permission from the account owner. In this case, the most efficient solution will likely be to help your administrator regain access, so you have full control over the account again
