No longer able to access survey responses (Free Account)


Hi there, quick question. We currently use the Free package (free version). We used to be able to access the results of our surveys, however for some reason are no longer able to do so and we are being prompted to upgrade to the basic package. Please advise what might be causing this issue.

    We’ve made changes to our Free plan, one of these being that Individual Responses are not longer available.

    This was communicated in an email from our CEO as well as this blog post:

    You can run a raw data export, however, to see your data for reach response.
