I can never log in in a normal way. I always have to send a password request to be able to sign in. Even if I save my password, it won’t work the next time I try to log in. It doesnt give me an error message that the password was incorrect, it just doesnt log in
Thanks for posting to the Community Forum, Have you tried logging into SurveyGizmo thru another browser? For example, if you are currently trying to use internet Explorer to log in to SurveyGizmo, have you tried FireFox or Chrome?
You may also want to see if clearing your browser cache helps. The website RefreshYourCache has details on how to perform this task.
Jim’s suggestion is definitely a good place to start in terms of troubleshooting this issue (in case something browser related is contributing to the problem).
