[Solved] Locked out of account

Several of the people who use our account have said the password to log in doesn’t work anymore. I reset tried the “reset password” option, but the administrator for our account doesn’t work in our office anymore, and the reset went to her email. None of us can log in now and we’re having trouble resetting the password.

    If you need to change the administrator on the account you’ll need to go here:

     

    http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/changing-account-administrator

     

    and fill out the form. To have your password manually reset you’ll need to contact SurveyGizmo’s support team.
