I noticed for my last three email campaigns that the survey link does not appear in the email sent to my survey takers. It is missing from both the initial and reminder emails.
How do I update my email campaign so that the link appears in each email? Or will I need to recreate the campaign?

So, by default, there is a merge code that exists in the email campaign initial invite message (and all subsequent reminder messages). The most important part of the message body is the survey link. By default, the survey link in the HTML message will be included like so:
Once the message has gone out, there really isn’t a way to update the message. So, at this juncture, it may be easier to just send a new campaign. You can learn about the campaign creation process here (step by step)…
