Limiting access to a folder

Is there a way to have a folder that only several members of our team can view? We have a large team sharing our account. We’d like to limit access to our folder to just a few team members. New to SurveyGizmo. Any ideas?

I’m sorry that wasn’t too much help – perhaps this article titled “Allowing and Restricting Survey Access in Multi-User Accounts” will be more informative:

User ‘roles’ determine a user’s capabilities within the Team that they are assigned to. Users can be given roles like ‘editor’, ‘reporter’ and other described here:

Also, since you originally mentioned foldering – you may want to take a look here:

Folders are more of an organizational tool rather than a means to determine what surveys users have access to.

Hope this sheds a little more light on the permission capabilities that are available in SurveyGizmo!

It sounds like you might want to explore the Teams functionality more so than foldering:

Teams are essentially the meeting point between surveys and users. When a survey is assigned to a Team, it is only visible to Users who are also assigned to that same team.

      I hope this helps!

        • Thanks for trying to help, but that’s not the issue. I don’t know all the folks on the team to which we’ve been assigned. Apparently it’s a lot of people in diverse areas. We want to limit who can create/edit our surveys to a small group within the Team AND we don’t want to have to wade thru bowling surveys and all kinds of stuff we don’t need or understand to find our surveys. We plan to develop a library of sorts of surveys we’ll push to learners at the end of training classes. We don’t want our surveys scattered around amongst all the other stuff our Team creates.
