We’ve always had 2 send email actions at the end of our survey, one for positive surveys and one for negative surveys. Now, that we have different managers, I’ve copied the negative survey notification 5 more times and specified different managers for it to go to based on who took the survey, but my original negative survey email action stopped working. Are you limited to maybe only 5 Send email actions? We currently have 7 and we will eventually need one more. Would that be an issue?
Not to my knowledge. We have over 7 filters which all trigger separate email actions and we haven’t experienced any limitations.
