I have a legacy report that we use to track our safety conversations by department. The link has stopped working (The Website cannot display page) is the error message. How do I get it to work again?
Without having access to your account, it sounds like the original link may have changed in some way – resulting in the original link not pointing to the report.
You may consider viewing the share link for the report in SurveyGizmo to see if the link there is the same as the link that is being sent out.
I might suggest reaching out to SurveyGizmo support as they will be able to access your account to troubleshoot this in detail.
