Hi – can you let me know when is the last day until which we have the account active? After which day we will be unable to login in case we decide to take a break on the monthly service?
Hey Ritu- You or your account administrator will be able to see this information by going to Account>Account Summary. If you are monthly, you automatically renew on that date but if you are annual you should have an invoice in Account>Billing. Hope that helps!
