We are planning a survey for next spring within a school district in our state. In the past, we’ve done them on paper. This year, the district has computers for every student. Our plan is to provide the district with the general link to the survey. They, in turn, will have all of their students (over 4000) complete the survey within the same day. My question is this: Will 4000 plus students completing the same survey within an 8 hour period cause problems. I don’t want to have them sitting in their classrooms ready to take the survey, and find the survey is inaccessible due to heavy traffic. This could, potentially, affect our return rate. Using paper, we received data from all students in attendance during the day. We’d like to have the same results using your online survey system. Is this something we need to be concerned with? Or is our number of 4000-5000 not a problem for Survey Gizmo? Please advise. Thank you.
This number of responses seems like something that SurveyGizmo should not have issues with – though it is likely something that would depend on how your survey is constructed, what kind of features you may be using, etc.
It’s probably best to contact SurveyGizmo directly just in case (firstname.lastname@example.org)
