We are currently investigating the cause of existing Exports stalling at 1% when refreshed. It seems like we are only seeing these issues with an export where the elements have been re-ordered.
Newly created exports will run/refresh just fine to get you temporary access to your data, while we work on a long-term solution.
Thank you for your patience while we worked hard to resolve this issue, and we now have it corrected! You will need to refresh any stuck exports by going to Customize Report in the stuck export. Once that panel opens, simply click Save and the export will refresh properly.
