[Solved] [Known Issue] Time reported in Individual Responses for EU accounts are 4 hours after the time zone set in Account Settings

Export data is not affected, but individual responses in EU accounts are reporting times 4 hours after the time zone specified. So if your time zone is set to London and data was collected at 9:00pm in London you’ll see a reported time in Individual Responses of 1am the next day.

    This issue has been fixed up by our AMAZING Engineering team.  You should see correct times in individual responses in your EU account.
