If you have special characters in your save and continue email, collect responses that use the save and continue feature, and then make changes to the save and continue subject line for instance, you will find we start encoding the special characters as HTML entities. You won’t see it in the app unless you edit the save and continue message. You will see it in the actual email.
An easy way to fix it is to run the text through an HTML decoder such as the one here http://www.opinionatedgeek.com/dotnet/tools/htmlencode/decode.aspx
And then resave the affected fields with the newly decoded text.
