[Known Issue] PDF attachments from Send Email Actions are intermittently showing up blank/empty for certain surveys/customers


Hi there,

We are currently tracking this issue to see how many customers may be affected, and so we can find trends/similarities that will help us solve this issue.  So far, we have not been able to isolate the problem so we can fix it…  :(

    I’ve got a report from a client that they’re receiving ‘Delivery Status Notification (Failure)’ emails on a daily basis. They are scheduled for a once per week (on Fridays) report link. Is this related to the issue you reference above, or is this something separate?
