If you have a non-enterprise account you won’t be able to save anything on the Advanced => General page in a survey. When you try to do so an error will be thrown saying you must assign the survey to at least one team.
Unfortunately non-enterprise accounts can’t add a team because the feature is locked.
If you download the survey list from the account you will actually see the surveys are automatically assigned to “Team 1” as expected.
