We are working on getting this one fixed up ASAP! In the meantime, you can run a Bulk PDF Export to view all of your responses in PDF format (similar to the Response Panel) – http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/bulk-pdf-export

I am not sure if this is the same issue, however I have received 6 responses that are showing up, and I know there are more people that have taken the survey, however no more responses are showing up.
