[Solved] [KNOWN ISSUE] [FILE LIBRARY] If you attempt to delete a file out of your File Library, there is currently an error, and the file is not being deleted.

Note:  We are working on fixing this up ASAP, there are no known workarounds at this point.  :(

      • Hi there, I am still running into issues. When I try to go into my File Library from “Accounts”, it’s only showing me some recent questions that I uploaded – and it’s not showing me any of my folders, so I can’t view/edit anything. When I access the File Library while Building my survey, from “Select from File Library” (from the audio item I’m inserting), all the questions I deleted still seem to be there still. So it seems that there are still issues :(

        Thank you for your note! It looks like you are working with our Support Team on this issue. There does appear to be a problem with foldering in the library that we are looking into.

      I am having issues with deleting files from the File Library as well. Do you have an ETA on the fix?

          This thread you commented on was from August of 2016 at which point the issue was fixed by our at that time. I am going to open a ticket with you to follow up on your issue as we might need to re-report this to the development team as a bug. You should receive an email shortly!
