[Solved] [Known Issue] Currency validation used in conjunction with a payment action and the option to charge the amount entered by the respondent can have problems if the amount is over 999 (due to the comma)

What will happen is instead of $1,000.00 we will display $1.00 in the payment action.

So if you’d like to charge your respondents the correct amount please use a Number validation on your open text question instead for now.

Stay tuned for updates!

    Hi all,

Commas should work with payment forms now. In the scenario where you’re charging an amount based on a user-input amount in a Currency question, things should work better now. Let us know if you see any problems!
