As of 12:30p PST, I am still not seeing completed surveys showing up in my reports or my data files. The latest incident report said the issue was resolved. I’ve emailed support with no response yet. Is anyone else experiencing this still?
Also, is there any way to get in contact with support over the weekend without having 24/7 phone support? I understand this is reserved for Enterprise accounts, but being able to contact someone regarding system issues should be an option at any time.
