I’m having an error where the numbers of my questions randomly change to be incorrect and out of order while building and testing surveys.
Refreshing the page usually fixes it (if I notice it), but it’s still frustrating, especially when communicating with others about changes that need to be made (e.g., someone tells me there’s a problem on Question 6, but they’re actually seeing Question 7, and I don’t know which one to change).
Is this a known issue? Does anyone have a fix? I’ve added a screenshot of the error; the numbers are listed “8, 2, 10” instead of “8, 9 10” as they should be.
I’m having the same problem and it makes me look unprofessional to the users of the survey, and doesn’t make you look good either. Please add to any pressure to get it fixed.
@Oconnor : This is a known issue that has been reported to our development team. At this time, I do not have a timeline for a fix but I’ll see what I can do to get this prioritized.
