I know my colleague Celeste reached out to you earlier today, and she mentioned that we have made these changes in order to keep SurveyGizmo a small company and to avoid outsourcing and/or raising costs to our customers. We understand that this will not be ideal for all of our customers. I definitely understand! We are really working hard to bring you the same service and support over chat as we have via the phones in the past.
