[Solved] Is there a way to see which partial completes have sent themselves a “Save for Later” link?

Hi there –

I noticed that on your Save For Later help page (http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/save-and-continue) you show how to pull a list that shows all of the Completed survey respondents who used used the “Save for Later” feature.

Do you know if it’s possible for us to see a list of all the partial-completes that have used the “Save for Later” feature? This would allow us to see how many of our users intend to come back to finish our survey, possibly prompting us to leave the survey running for a few extra days or send out reminder emails to those who showed intention to complete.

Yes – there is a way to see who has used the SAVE AND CONTINUE feature.  See the documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/save-and-continue#determine-who-used-save-continue.

      • Hey Jim –

Thanks for the response! In my initial tests, the process outlined for “Determine who used save and continue” didn’t seem to work for in-progress / partial responses.

Should it work for both partial and complete responses? I may be doing something wrong on my end, I’ll continue to try to get it to work.

      • I knew the functionality existed, but we have never used it ourselves. In our environment the number of people who would fall into this category is generally to small to worry about – we would rapidly get into a “diminishing returns” problem. I just saw the SurveyGizmo release note for February 1 – it might be helpful for you – https://community.surveygizmo.com/questions/question/release-notes-february-1-2016/
