A survey was marked as disqualified, but it is qualifying. I would like to remove the disqualifying status if possible.
Thanks for reaching out! To convert a Disqualified response, select the checkbox next to the response(s) on the Results > Individual Responses then click Select Bulk Action > Convert Selected to Complete and Apply.
