[Solved] Is there a way to remove the “disqualified” status?

A survey was marked as disqualified, but it is qualifying. I would like to remove the disqualifying status if possible.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out! To convert a Disqualified response, select the checkbox next to the response(s) on the Results > Individual Responses then click Select Bulk Action > Convert Selected to Complete and Apply.

    That will convert the DQ’d response to a Complete. And this article goes into all the particular things you can do with an individual response so you have it handy going forward: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/viewing-responses
