I am wondering if it is possible to get the median score instead of the average score for completion time? I believe that a few people leaving the survey open for long periods of time without filling it out, which skews the results. For example, one of our four question surveys has a median time of 39 minutes. However, all of the individual tests I have looked at take between 1-5 minutes.

It sounds like you are describing the Average Completion Time statistic in the Results Overview.
This statistic is pre-defined (or “hard-coded”) in our software, and is not able to be modified to calculate the median instead, I am sorry to say 🙁
As described in the tutorial above, the Data Cleaning tool (available at the “Pro” subscription) may be used to clean up your data set (and remove the outliers), but this would affect all future reporting and exporting as well, not just the Overview.
