Insert merge code not working

I have inserted the merge code to have the question appear in the email and it does not display. see image.

    It’s a bit difficult to tell from your image what is not working… The merge code is a properly formatted merge code, so as long as the merge code refers to a question on the survey, it should pull in data.

    Can you clarify what is not displaying or what specifically is not working here?

      I also have the same issue. I have added insert merge code, but it does not show up in the emails. Has anyone fixed this for themselves yet?
