Individually updated the used status of the unique login

Dear SurveyGizmo,

 

I have notice that you have made some changes to the login/password action, in the past i usually uncheck the used field in the Edit Password tab to let my respondents to login again using their same password, but i can’t seem to do that again in the recent changes. My questions are :

  1. Is the a way for me to updated one-by-one the used status of the unique login to let them re-login again?
  2. Some of my respondents complained that they can’t get passed my login page, however in the last used column their data is filled and the Used Column were checkmarked by the system. How is this possible? And was there any way to resolve this.

    Scout account provide api token or have to purchased plan .

      • Hi there,

        The Scout Plan does not provide access to the SurveyGizmo API. In order to access the API, an Adventurer Plan is required.

      @edinanoorbnicoid : The updates to the login password action do not allow for updating the used status. We recommend adding another instance of the password if you wish to allow respondents to log back in.

      Regarding your second issue, please contact our support team so that they can investigate this issue.
