Is it possible to include Net Satisfaction Index (NSI) in a report?

0

Is it possible to have SurveyGizmo calculate and include Net Satisfaction Index (NSI) and NPS in the same ‘standard’ report?  If so, how?

Response  NSI weighting
1-2           0
3-4           0.25
5-6           0.5
7-8           0.75
9-10          1

NSI% = (Sum of NSI weightings / Total Participants) * 100

Thank you!

Yes it does help to understand what’s feasible and what the options are.  Appreciate the prompt reply.  Thank you!

SurveyGizmo does not have a built-in NSI calculation – the NPS calculations are done as part of the built-in NPS question so are available in the report by default if the NPS question is used.

Depending on your SurveyGizmo plan level, and familiarity with R (programming language for statistical computing and graphics), you may be able to do these calculations within your Standard Report:

A second option is to do these calculations outside of SurveyGizmo and add the results to the Standard Report as a static text element:

Another potential option would be to have a custom solution implemented via SurveyGizmo’s Programming Services Team:

      Hope this helps!
